Website maintenance
Two formulas, €29 or €59 a month. A site left alone degrades: ageing dependencies, an expiring certificate, a form that breaks in silence. Essential covers exactly that; Serenity adds the content changes, so the site never has to be touched by hand again.
Essential — €29 a month
The site stays online, up to date and watched over. This is the formula for someone who updates their own content.
- Hosting included, on servers in Germany.
- Security and dependency updates.
- Uptime monitoring, with an alert if the site goes down.
- Regular, restorable backups.
- HTTPS certificate renewal and checks.
- Error tracking and regression fixes.
Serenity — €59 a month
All of Essential, plus the content changes: you write what needs to change and it is done. Requests are unlimited and handled one at a time, within 48 working hours, on the site's existing content.
- Copy, photos, opening times, prices: as many requests as needed.
- One request at a time; the next starts when the previous one is live.
- 48 working hours between the request and it going live.
- In writing, with no ticketing tool to learn — an email is enough.
What is not covered
A new page, a new feature, a redesign: that is development, quoted separately and agreed before it starts. The line is simple — the subscription keeps the site as delivered, in working order, and its content current.
Yearly
Both formulas are paid monthly or yearly: 10 months billed for 12 — €290 for Essential and €590 for Serenity. That is 2 months free, and one invoice instead of twelve.
The domain stays yours
The domain name is registered in your name, not the studio's: you own it, the studio merely administers it. If you stop the subscription, you get the code, the database and the content, and the domain is delegated or transferred to you on request — no exit fee, no holding period. A website is not a hostage.
Offer
Price — Essential €29 per month or €290 per year; Serenity €59 per month or €590 per year, including tax
Availability — available — the studio is taking this work on now
Commitment — None — cancellable at any time, at no cost.
Yearly billing — 10 months paid for 12 — 2 months free.
Content changes (Serenity) — Unlimited requests, handled one at a time within 48 working hours, on existing content — copy, photos, opening times, prices.
Outside the subscription — A new page, a new feature, a redesign: quoted separately.
Domain name — In the client's name, who remains its owner even after cancellation.
Eligible sites — The studio's own, and others after reading the existing code.
Is maintenance mandatory?
No. A delivered site works without it. It exists for people who would rather not deal with it, and it can be cancelled whenever you like.
“Unlimited changes” — really unlimited?
The number of requests, yes: no quota, no counter, no bundle of hours to burn through. What is bounded is the pace and the scope: one request at a time, handled within 48 working hours, on existing content — copy, photos, opening times, prices. A new page, a new feature or a redesign falls outside and is quoted. That is how the terms of sale put it too, not just this page.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
You leave with everything: the code and its repository, the database, the content, and the domain name — which is already in your name. The studio provides the export and helps with the move to your own host or whichever you choose. No exit fee, nothing held back.
Why pay yearly?
10 months billed for 12: 2 months free, and one invoice to file instead of twelve. That is the only advantage — it still ties you to nothing, and stopping mid-year is refunded pro rata for the months not used.
Can it cover a site the studio did not build?
Yes, after reading the existing code. If the state of the site makes a serious commitment impossible, that is said before anything is billed.
